The Clever Kids Lunchbox

Sandwiches at school can become boring! However we can make a great difference by varying sandwiches each day. Using different breads such as -
Rye, wholegrain, pita, turkish and white with added fibre.
Switch to bread rolls, bagels and wraps for extra variety.
Some children may like spicy chutney, relish or pickles besides the regular tomato sauce.
Make plain, ease-to-bake scones with the kids - It's important they learn how to prepare simple meals and snacks:
- Cheese sandwich
- Small apple
- Plain or date scone, with spread
- Salad vegetables - avocado, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots and celery sticks.

Glyconutrients are essential for children. Mannatech Inc. with founder Sam Caster, have produced Manna-Bears that contain extracts of 12 nutritious dehydrated fruits and vegetables.
These delicious chewy pectin gums contain the goodness of green tea and patented Mannatech Inc. glyconutrients.
